 Bagru Prints - Popular Block Printing Trade of Rajasthan

The specialty of this village is its typical wooden prints known as Bagru prints which are famous throughout India. The process of block printing employs wooden blocks having various engraved designs that are immersed in colors and then used for replicating the design on the fabric.
The main area where major printing is done is known as Chippa Mohalla (printer's quarter).
